Lifestyle finder: the lifestyle, school, dining and recreation priorities you type into the finder are sent to the site’s server and to an AI service provider to generate recommendations. Please do not enter names, addresses, financial details or other sensitive information. The site does not offer accounts, file uploads or a contact form.

Like virtually every website, the servers and providers that deliver this site automatically receive technical information, including:

Hosting and infrastructure providers, the AI service used by the lifestyle finder, the map-tile provider and the web-font provider process the information described above in order to provide their services. The site does not buy personal information from data brokers.

The publisher does not sell personal information, does not share it for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising, and does not use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. Information is disclosed to service providers and contractors only to operate the site, and may be disclosed when required by law or to protect rights and safety. If you email about a service, your message may be shared with the relevant Peters business so it can respond.

Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, for security and legal needs, and then deleted or de-identified. Server logs are kept according to hosting and security needs. Emails are kept as long as needed to handle the conversation and related records. Lifestyle-finder requests are not stored by this site after the response is produced; the AI provider’s own retention practices apply to its processing.

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, including encrypted connections. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

The site is operated from the United States and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, appropriate safeguards are relied upon for international transfers.

Residents of California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may exercise the rights above as provided by those laws. California residents: in the preceding twelve months the categories processed were identifiers (IP address, email address), internet activity (pages viewed, referrer) and approximate geolocation, for the business purposes of operating, securing and responding; none were sold or shared for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may use an authorized agent; identity verification proportionate to the request may be required.

The site does not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, so there is nothing further to opt out of. The site will treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing if optional tracking is ever added.

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact npeters@yourleaderinluxury.com so it can be deleted.
